I wrote about the Flashman comment thrown at Cameron a few days ago after our glorious leaders cowardly comment when he had last word in Parliament. I also commented on a few other cowards and bullies. Now here we are days later and we have yet more Flashmen and Flashwomen standing up and running away. The ranks of British politics have not so clearly represented a bunch of whiny out of touch self serving elites since the last time we had a revolution. Farage, the one and only leader of UKIP, the man who has been full of himself for the last week, marching up and down loudly proclaiming we have taken our country back, yep, that’s the one. He just went on TV and announced he is standing down as UKIP leader and he will be replaced by a new leader for the Party political meeting in September. Having led millions of people into making this decision he should have the courage to see it through, to be part of the process of actually leaving the EU, he helped bring it about, he was a major player in this game and yet when it comes time to step up and follow through. He scurries off like a chicken, resigning as party leader and throwing the whole mess into the hands of the next poor sod who takes the job. Where have I seen that happen recently? Oh yes. There was Cameron with his “I made a mess of this by calling the referendum in the first place then running a piss poor remain campaign and now it’s all gone wrong I’m off. And the blond one, Johnson, whole was the front man and leader of the leave campaign, the man who was the ‘Face’ of the campaign and the liar in chief, did he run off because he was backstabbed by Gove or is he simply a coward who knew just how much work and pain was involved in the situation he helped to create and so he ran off like a coward and leaving someone else to clean up. Then we have Mz Eagle of the Labour party. I have to say I’ve been hurling a lot of abuse at my TV because of her daily “If Corbyn doesn’t stand down I’m going to put myself forward as leader.” Every day, over and over, the same empty words. Grow a spine woman, stand out and actually challenge him, call for an election and put yourself in as a candidate. Endlessly repeating your catch phrase that “If he doesn’t leave I scream and scream and scream” is just getting on my wick. You and all the rest of the Labour splitters, stop with the cowardly bullying. If you want him gone PUT FORWARD SOME BLOODY CANDIDATES AND HOLD AN ELECTION ! ! ! British politics has long since ceased to be a matter of honour and courage, it’s far more about backstabbing and self service treachery, but even so its been a long time since we had such a pack of cowards and worthless scum representing us. How did we come to this? Oh yea, we voted for it. |
